The EasyCerts Trade Process
Apply, Verifiction, Complete Jobs
Submission and Approval:
Submit all necessary information to the HR partner for approval.
Account Setup:
Upon approval, the EasyCerts team will generate an account for you.
App Installation:
Download and install the EasyCerts app on your dedicated platform (iOS or Android).
Login and Configuration:
Log in to the app using your account credentials and set up your profile preferences.
Job Availability:
Once logged in, you’ll be ready to receive job requests..
Job Acceptance and Journey:
Accept job requests via the app and begin your journey to the job site.
Tracking and Arrival:
The app will track your progress to the job site and notify upon arrival.
Job Commencement:
Begin conducting necessary checks upon arrival and notify the app that the job has started.
Certificate Completion:
Use the app to fill out the necessary certificate during the job. This will be stored securely on the EasyCerts system.
Job Completion:
After completing the job on the EasyCerts app, the engineer becomes available to accept more job requests.
Easy Certs Vetting Process
- Qualifications: Applicants must provide evidence of their qualifications relevant to their profession.
- Proof of Address: Applicants must provide evidence of the traders address, such as a utility bill or credit check.
- Identification: Applicants must provide photo identification.
- Code of Conduct and Ethics: Applicants must sign an agreement to adhere to the established code of conduct and ethics.
- DBS Check: Applicants may be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Easy Certs is authorized to conduct the DBS check if needed. Applicants who already possess a certified DBS check can expedite the process.
Trade Signup Process
Our streamlined registration procedure for trade makes the process exceptionally straightforward. Our verification process, which includes a DBS check, provides peace of mind to our significant clients who require assurance that only registered and verified trade will be attending to their property investment portfolios.
